Leading up to your project, we’ll kick off your project with a 1 hour Strategy Call to form a priority list of updates to your site. You’ll organize any text or images you want added.
03 LAUNCH YOUR NEW SITE
Throughout your project you simply need to be available for approvals/questions. At the end of 2 days your new Squarespace website is ready to launch!

About you book your Design Days on our calendar we'll meet for a 1 hour virtual Strategy Call. We'll review your current site and discuss your website wish list.
During your Design Days (9am-5pm ET) you'll need to be available for periodic check-ins or to answer any questions. We then wrap up your project with a one-hour call, typically at 4pm Eastern Time.

This depends on the size and complexity of your existing website and the updates you would like competed.
We will structure your website wishlist in order of importance and we may not complete all items on your list.
You may also book of Power Hours to complete larger projects. -
We'll meet for a 1 hour virtual Strategy Call after you book your 2-Day Squarespace Website to discuss your website wish list.
If you have content to add to your site (text, images & photos, pdf files), you will need to upload all files into your shared Google Project Folder at least 1 week before your Design Day.

We currently offer Designer for the Day for version 7.1 websites only.

Whether we need to temporarily place your website behind a password-protected lock screen depends on the updates and changes we are making. After evaluating your project needs, we will communicate exactly what to expect during your 2-Day Squarespace Website project.

We will let you know when you are needed for periodic check-ins, such as for questions or draft approvals.

During your Design Day we can add pages, page sections, text, graphics, or photos. Blogs, galleries, contact forms, lead magnets, or downloadable resources may be added to your site.
We can update your site’s colors, fonts, buttons, and overall style to match your business branding.
We can connect integrations for online appointment scheduling, e-commerce, legal policies, accessibility, or chatbots.We can help you with on-page SEO during your Design Day. We’ll also answer any questions you may have about SEO best practices when you add any new blog posts or content to your site in the future.

For large projects that cannot be completed within 2 consecutive days, you may book a block of Squarespace Power Hours. We will clearly communicate all your options before you book with us.
